A 5-WEEK, WOMEN-ONLY STRENGTH program
How barbell bettYS Works
Do you want to become stronger and meet other women like you? At Barbell Bettys you’ll be surrounded by like-minded women — and the most supportive, knowledgable, and encouraging coaches in the Tampa area.
All Levels Welcome: No matter if you have never lifted a weight in your life or are a seasoned athlete, everyone is welcome to join Barbell Bettys. Our coaches will make sure you are moving properly, gaining confidence, and becoming the best version of yourself.
2 Days Per Week for 5 Weeks: We meet Mondays and Wednesdays from 7:30pm-8:30pm for 5 weeks. You’ll also receive an at-home workout to complete each week on your own time.
Have kids? No worries,they are more then welcome to tag along and hangout in our childcare room while you get your workout on!
Fitness is More Fun with Friends: Fitness is always more fun with friends. Join the community and build confidence, strength and support while having a girls night out gym style! There is a 14-person cap on each workshop . Claim your spot and sign up today!
