South Tampa CrossFit’s Teen Program is designed specifically for middle and high school students. Whether you're aiming to enhance athletic performance, build confidence, or simply stay active, STC Teens is your gateway to achieving those goals.

about our coaches
Our certified coaches are experienced in working with teens, focusing on building relationships to ensure you feel supported and challenged appropriately. They are trained to tailor workouts to individual abilities, ensuring safety and effectiveness.
