Sweat Sesh combines the best of both worlds – intense cardio workouts and rejuvenating sauna and cold plunge recovery sessions – to push you physically and mentally.
What to Expect:
Mondays & Wednesdays | Endurance at STC: Heart-pumping, high-energy cardio workouts. Expect a mix of circuit training, endurance challenges, and bodyweight exercises designed to help you burn calories and build stamina.
Fridays | Sauna & Cold Plunge at Kodawari Studios: We’ll head over to Kodawari Studios for a contrast therapy recovery session every Friday. The sauna will help you detox and relax sore muscles, while the cold plunge revitalizes your body, aiding in faster recovery and improved performance.
Female-Only: A supportive, empowering environment designed to challenge you alongside like-minded women.
Balanced Approach: High-intensity cardio paired with contrast therapy to maximize results and recovery.
Holiday Break: A 2-week pause over Christmas and New Year so you can enjoy the holidays and come back ready to crush your goals.
