Our Kid's Fitness Program is designed to help your child develop essential qualities such as trust, cohesion, self-accountability, and confidence. We incorporate age-appropriate skills, challenges, and equipment to make fitness fun and engaging. Through a dynamic mix of calisthenics, running, rowing, jumping, throwing, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, and lifting, we inspire kids to LOVE exercise.
