A 5-WEEK, WOMEN-ONLY STRENGTH program

How barbell bettYS Works

Do you want to become stronger and meet other women like you? At Barbell Bettys you’ll be surrounded by like-minded women — and the most supportive, knowledgable, and encouraging coaches in the Tampa area.

  • All Levels Welcome: No matter if you have never lifted a weight in your life or are a seasoned athlete, everyone is welcome to join Barbell Bettys. Our coaches will make sure you are moving properly, gaining confidence, and becoming the best version of yourself.

  • 2 Days Per Week for 5 Weeks: We meet Mondays and Wednesdays from 7:30pm-8:30pm for 5 weeks. You’ll also receive an at-home workout to complete each week on your own time.

  • Have kids? No worries,they are more then welcome to tag along and hangout in our childcare room while you get your workout on!

  • Fitness is More Fun with Friends: Fitness is always more fun with friends. Join the community and build confidence, strength and support while having a girls night out gym style! There is a 14-person cap on each workshop . Claim your spot and sign up today!
