Lance brings over 18 years of experience in the fitness industry ranging from Sports Performance to Strength and Conditioning. Originally from New England, Lance’s passion is to help people change their lives in the simplest and most realistic way possible.
Lance played collegiate and professional sports, has been a runway model, and top 50 Football Players in the history of Rhode Island Division 1AA College Football. Most recently a Camper at Camp Tampa, Lance knows how to motivate, push, and challenge his clients to meet any goal they set forth for themselves.
He lives in Tampa with his beautiful girls, Braelyn and Riley, and his wife Ashley.
